Happy Pink Saturday!!

G'day Sweet Peoples!!

Photobucket yep, I'm doing the Pink Happy Dance!!

I hope you all don't mind but I'm quickly throwing together some pinkness I picked up from thrift stores.

I fell for this sweet little lady wearing pink and the prayer on her apron is just lovely, as you can see she has had a few accidents and been glued back together I still think she is beautiful , flaws and all. I paid 80cents for her.

My lovely Mum found this pale pink plate for me at the thrift store, isn't it gorgeous?!

Lastly for this Pink Saturday is this delicate little bowl with hand painted pink roses. I paid 50cents for it. I'd love to be able to paint like this :)

I appreciate you visiting with me and I'll be popping in to see your pink pretties during the next few days.
Have a super duper pinkalicious Pink Saturday!!!

Our sweet hostess Is Beverly at How Sweet The Sound. Pop in and visit with Beverley and all the other Lovely peoples that participate in Pink Saturday you'll be tickled PINK you did.

Hello Melly, Happy Pink Saturday! What pretty little thrift store finds. I just love a good bargain don't you? Sometimes I hate to pay retail for new things when you can find things that are just as fun and have more character that are used.

I have to tell you, I wasn't offended by your word verification. I thought it was funny! I'm just waiting for the day when a real bad word comes up, unless they've programmed that to never happen.

Have a loveleigh weekend Melly!

Melly, your pink items are beautiful....but my favorite is the plate given you, by your Mom. The dainty little watercolor-like flowers surrounded by a gold edging is just lovely.

Best Wishes,
Kay

What a l♥vely Pink Saturday blog entry. This is the one day of the week when I get to sit for a couple of hours and soak in my favorite color. Thanks for being a part of that day☺

Wishing you and yours a wonderful family weekend. I will be remembering my father who served in WWII, and praying for all of our military who are in harms' way.

I used to collect a lot of pink floral plates, when I was into shabby chic. At one point I packed them away to give away or sell at a garage sale, except a few of my favorites. But now that I've been seeing all of these fun plates on Pink Saturday, I'm thinking I'm going to hold onto mine a bit longer! ;) Have a great weekend!!!

YUMMY.....great pinks. I love the plate your Mum bought for you. I have lots that my Mum bought for me too....It just doesn't get any better than china stuff. Love your little dinner prayer gal too. My daughter has several pieces like her.

I'm going to steal your Pink-alicious!.........that is just soooooooo good.

Have a wonderful weekend, dear girl.

I love the little lady in pink with the prayer on her apron!! I had something very similar, but was heartbroken when it recently hit the floor, shattering beyond any hopes to repair... oh well... I love the dishes you have here too!! I think I like the one with yellow in it the best!.. VERY PRETTY!! Happy Pink Saturday, and hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend!
